This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement the operational framework for the go-to-market organization.
• Regularly present updates and insights to the board.
• Establish and lead a Revenue Operations team.
• Draft and promote the Rules of Engagement among stakeholders.
• Determine territory and account responsibilities.
• Establish standards for lead routing and BDR handoff.
• Create policies for partner co-selling and channel conflict resolution.
• Address ramp gaps and enhance the Sales Enablement function.
• Organize onboarding processes for GTM roles.
• Manage sales methodologies and playbooks.
• Develop the forecasting process for the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Oversee essential metrics related to pipeline and representative productivity.
• Assess and integrate an AI-native technology stack.
• Uphold data governance within the CRM with strong authority.
• Present findings to the board and maintain credibility through data.
• Coordinate cross-functional interests within GTM operations.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a growing B2B SaaS environment, at the VP or Senior Director level with direct exposure to the board.
• Proven experience in establishing and enforcing a Rules of Engagement framework across various GTM motions, including navigating challenging discussions with sales leaders.
• A history of presenting pipeline health, forecasts, and GTM efficiency metrics directly to a board or similar investor group.
• Ability to hold field sales leaders accountable through data and analysis rather than hierarchical authority.
• Experience in people leadership, including hiring, developing, and managing a multi-functional team that includes RevOps analysts and sales enablement professionals.
• Comprehensive ownership of the entire RevOps stack, including CRM architecture, forecasting models, territory design, quota mechanics, and tool evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills: capable of constructing a bottoms-up coverage model, explaining Customer Acquisition Cost payback to a CFO, and converting rep-level data into a board-ready narrative.
• Practical experience in implementing agentic workflows or AI-assisted tools in a live GTM setting.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot or Salesforce architecture, encompassing data model design and process enforcement.
