This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Build and sustain profitable, effective relationships with financial advisors within a designated territory to significantly enhance sales and market presence.
• Oversee client relationships primarily through in-person meetings across the territory, as well as through phone and email communications.
• Formulate and execute business plans for the territory with a focus on activity-driven objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal wholesalers to further develop already established territories.
• Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and advantages of Global Atlantic products to financial advisors.
• Exhibit proficient use of client and territory management tools, including salesforce.com.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and/or surpassing performance expectations.
• Drive performance objectives to successful completion.
• Expertise in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement plans, and relationship management.
• Responsible, diligent, and self-driven.
• Capability to create and present impactful presentations, seminars, and workshops.
• Must successfully acquire and maintain all relevant State Licenses, including Life, Health, and Variable Lines of Authority. The following licenses are also required: Series 7, Series 63, and all non-resident state licenses for every state in the territory.
• 5-7+ years of preferred experience in financial services sales.
