This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships with Costco’s Regional Leadership team and warehouse staff.
• Boost credit awareness and implement credit initiatives across the designated region.
• Formulate strategies and execution plans for acquiring new accounts in warehouses and ensuring compliance.
• Utilize warehouse performance data to enhance training and engagement efforts.
• Provide in-person and virtual training to warehouse employees on credit value, compliant credit presentation, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with warehouse and regional leadership to enhance application performance.
• Assist in credit tabling events and warehouse grand openings by providing training and optimization strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on feedback from warehouse employees and cardmembers.
• Ensure adherence to credit card collateral, applications, Terms & Conditions, and procedures.
• Manage and address escalations from warehouses and cardmembers.
• Share best practices; develop and oversee tools, reports, and information.
• Gain an understanding of partners, industry dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Operate from a home office while traveling approximately 85% of the time to warehouses within the Los Angeles region.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, along with 6-10 years of experience in credit or a sales-related industry, is required.
• Candidates must reside in Los Angeles, Anaheim, or Long Beach.
• Previous experience in big-box retail management is preferred.
• Must possess high energy and demonstrate self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and responding to various situations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent presentation skills for large groups are necessary.
• Proven ability for creative problem solving is vital.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills are required.
• Proficient relationship-building skills and a flexible approach are important.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Must be able to work in a remote office environment.
