This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take charge of intricate and diverse talent acquisition projects independently.
• Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cutting-edge recruitment technologies, such as Candidate Relationship Management systems, automated interview scheduling, and advanced writing tools.
• Create and expand specialized talent communities through digital engagement strategies and technological platforms.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to execute social media campaigns that effectively convey Westinghouse's narrative to prospective candidates.
• Stay updated on new recruitment programs, digital marketing trends, and innovations in candidate engagement.
• Spearhead pilot initiatives and broaden the reach of successful programs on a global scale.
• Supervise talent acquisition vendors, including recruitment process outsourcing services.
• Evaluate and enhance job boards and employee referral initiatives.
• Train the Global TA COE and contingent labor staffing teams on the effective and compliant utilization of talent acquisition programs.
• Offer support and guidance on operational assistance, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze key metrics such as candidate traffic, drop-off rates, and sources of hire.
• Refine sourcing strategies, minimize expenditures, invigorate recruitment results, and accelerate recruitment timelines.
• Partner with people leaders, Corporate Communications, legal, and HR to align on technology, branding, business priorities, and inclusion goals.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition.
• Over 10 years of experience in creating, implementing, and enhancing HR programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in deploying technologies that modernize the recruitment process, including candidate relationship management and texting solutions.
• Proven experience in delivering talent-related processes.
• Clear understanding of implementing and continuously improving a CRM within a growing organization.
• Ability to articulate and translate technical knowledge for functional users.
• Experience in constructing business case scenarios.
