This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as the main relationship manager for partner hospitals and treatment teams within the designated region.
• Ensure partner communication aligns with Smile Train policies and expectations.
• Address inquiries from partners, tackle operational challenges, and resolve patient-related issues.
• Collect administrative documentation, credentialing details, reports, surveys, and updates on programs.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new partners and practitioners.
• Manage the implementation of Smile Train programs across the assigned geographic area.
• Conduct monitoring visits to evaluate program performance, safety practices, compliance, and standards of patient care.
• Review surgical outcomes, compliance metrics, and related documentation.
• Identify program gaps and promote operational enhancements.
• Facilitate the addition of treatment types and the accreditation process for practitioners.
• Support training initiatives for partners, including workshops and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams, medical advisors, and subject matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with patient record, safety protocols, reporting, branding, and partnership obligations.
• Conduct safety audits and quality assessments; track corrective action items.
• Assist in the management and reporting of sentinel events.
• Address patient complaints and feedback effectively.
• Monitor the utilization of partner budgets and evaluate funding applications.
• Aid in financial audits and necessary corrective actions.
• Represent Smile Train at partner meetings, training sessions, and program-related events.
• Assist in awareness campaigns, organizational events, patient narratives, partner case studies, and reporting.
• Track partner performance and program outcomes by utilizing program data and reporting systems.
• Monitor quality, output, and compliance indicators regularly.
• Identify operational challenges and potential opportunities.
• Provide consistent updates and insights about the program to the Area Director – South Asia.
• Travel approximately 40–50% of the time to assigned states, partner hospitals, program locations, and remote districts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing or executing programs in public health, healthcare, or the non-profit/development sector.
• Proven experience in managing partner hospitals, healthcare institutions, or implementation partners and coordinating multi-site programs.
• Established background in program implementation, monitoring, reporting, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, public health initiatives, or hospital networks.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in coordinating across partner institutions and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in analyzing program performance data, identifying implementation gaps, and facilitating operational improvements.
• Competent in program and project management.
• Familiarity with monitoring program performance and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, coordination, and documentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management/reporting tools.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to partner sites, including field and remote locations.
