⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare supply chain and spend management.

• Proven track record in leading large, geographically dispersed high-performing teams with P&L responsibility.

• Significant experience working with executive and C-suite leaders in complex health systems.

• Documented success demonstrated by clear, measurable outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations.

• Strong history of developing leaders and creating high-performing teams.

• Solid understanding of P&L management and healthcare economics.

• Proven capability to influence senior leaders through credibility and sound judgment.

• Proficient in complex, high-value negotiations.

• Ability to actively listen to provider needs and convert data into executive-level narratives.
