VP, Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct all projects and initiatives within the Institutional Banking Group, guiding them from inception to completion.

• Create and sustain a centralized system for tracking all active projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and progress across various business units and support functions.

• Generate regular reports for senior management and executives that summarize project status, risks, resource requirements, and critical decisions.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with stakeholders to monitor progress and escalate any delays or challenges as necessary.

• Lead project governance meetings, keep track of action items, and ensure outcomes are documented and resolved promptly.

• Actively identify opportunities for process improvements, policy updates, or operational enhancements to boost project efficiency and delivery.

• Assist with resource planning, prioritization, and capacity management across multiple concurrent projects.

• Ensure strong collaboration with Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, and Technology partners to integrate regulatory and operational requirements into all project deliverables.

• Guarantee compliance with BSA/AML regulations, network requirements, and internal compliance policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; PMP certification is mandatory.

• 5 – 8 years of project management experience within banking financial services or institutional client settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, institutional client management, treasury products, and compliance frameworks.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other collaborative tools.
