This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution of complex and strategic installation projects, including multi-site, turnkey, and VIP customer accounts.
• Serve as the principal escalation point for installation-related challenges, ensuring swift resolution and continuity of business operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to customers, contractors, and internal teams on intricate technical and contractual issues.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to shape tender strategies, ensuring the competitiveness and feasibility of proposals.
• Create and apply sophisticated project plans, risk management frameworks, and recovery strategies for critical initiatives.
• Guarantee the alignment of project results with business goals, revenue forecasting, and backlog oversight.
• Advocate for EHS, compliance, and quality standards, establishing benchmarks for others to emulate.
• Generate strategic insights and recommendations through the analysis of installation cycle times, costs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Mentor and develop PMIs at various levels (PB2 → LPB2), cultivating a pool of proficient project managers.
• Participate in the creation of global best practices, tools, and processes in partnership with HPM leaders and the Center of Excellence (COE).
• Drive cross-functional and cross-zone initiatives aimed at enhancing installation efficiency and improving customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• More than 8 years of progressive project management experience in healthcare, construction, or complex technical installations.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-modality projects that have a strategic impact on customers.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, business drivers, and interdependencies across functions.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and negotiate complex solutions.
• Strong financial knowledge with experience in backlog oversight, cost management, and revenue generation.
• Technical proficiency across various modalities and construction trades, with the ability to serve as a subject matter expert during critical customer engagements.
• Competence in creating and delivering impactful presentations to senior and executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel extensively across different zones and regions.
• Preferred qualifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent senior project management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent expertise in process excellence is desired.
• Proficient in advanced project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Salesforce, BI dashboards).
• Ability to facilitate cultural change and the adoption of new processes among teams.
