Quantitative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee international quantitative market research projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with teams to set up and test survey links and redirects.

• Prepare and distribute samples, perform audit checks, and handle inquiries.

• Organize project kickoff meetings to ensure clear understanding of specifications.

• Foster relationships with vendors for timely deliverables and effective communication.

• Supervise data collection quality to provide updates on project progress.

• Manage study profitability by tracking project expenses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in market research project management, ideally in the medical or healthcare sector.

• Outstanding time management, organizational capabilities, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Basic math skills; capable of calculating incidence rates, response rates, etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects accurately and meet deadlines.
