This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive product vision and multi-year roadmap for the ARM Suite, encompassing order management, finance connectivity, planning, buying, communications, and measurement workflows.
• Convert commercial strategies, client requirements, and partner relationships into a coherent product narrative and a structured roadmap.
• Establish the platform’s scope, success metrics, phases, and documented trade-offs.
• Oversee the API and integration strategy across media platforms, measurement partners, finance and billing systems, network partners, and third-party enrichment sources.
• Drive the reduction of third-party reliance by capturing institutional knowledge, documenting business rules, and transitioning roadmap and prioritization responsibilities in-house.
• Evaluate and approve vendor product designs, scope, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with the Senior Data Engineer to separate platform design from data accuracy and pipeline ownership.
• Create and manage a transparent, product-governed intake and prioritization framework with expedited processes for revenue-critical tasks.
• Define and uphold the authority division between Product and Analytics.
• Document and communicate product decisions, business rules, and platform limitations.
• Work alongside Analytics to implement a formal QA delegation model.
• Act as a reliable partner to Analytics & Insights, Reporting, Data Science, Strategy, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Client Services.
• Align senior leadership on roadmap sequencing, trade-offs, and investment rationale.
• Develop a product practice over time, initially working independently and scaling through new hires and contributors.
• Base product decisions on client and network-partner needs via account exposure, partner discussions, and pitch efforts.
• Ensure the ARM Suite generates standardized materials for sales, planning, and renewal efforts.
• Position the ARM Suite as a lasting differentiator that supports client retention and growth.
• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Senior product leadership experience within a SaaS, agency-tech, ad-tech, mar-tech, or analytics platform organization.
• Proven experience managing a B2B platform or product line comprehensively, including vision, roadmap, prioritization, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• History of leading internal product ownership transitions away from third-party engineering vendors, contractors, or outsourced development partners.
• Experience working with both internal teams and external engineering partners, including making decisions regarding in-house versus outsourced ownership.
• Strong practical skills in API-driven product design.
• Experience establishing API pipelines and integrating third-party data sources for user-facing enhancement.
• Experience in launching products built on APIs from the ground up.
• Preferred: experience in media, advertising, agency, ad-tech, or mar-tech environments.
• Preferred: knowledge of order management, finance/billing connectivity, and multi-stakeholder workflow tools.
• Preferred: working familiarity with advertising, media, and ad-tech APIs, including DSPs, programmatic platforms, measurement and attribution partners, audio, and CTV systems.
• Preferred: comfort collaborating with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science on data models, BI tooling, and measurement frameworks.
• Preferred: experience in establishing product governance, intake frameworks, and prioritization processes.
