VP, Payor Strategy – Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for payor engagement.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with major payor organizations.

• Assess new and improved revenue opportunities from payors.

• Serve as the organization's representative in industry conferences.

• Work collaboratively with leadership in Insurance Coordination and Revenue Cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is required.

• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare payor/provider strategy.

• Extensive knowledge of private and government payor systems, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level strategic planning and execution.
