This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of global software bookings, revenue growth, and market expansion for Harmonic's software and SaaS Intelligence offerings.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with CEOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, and operations leaders at broadband operators worldwide.
• Collaborate with the Business and Product team to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for Harmonic's Intelligence Operation platform and SaaS portfolio.
• Work alongside regional sales leaders to identify, qualify, and secure SaaS opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Build and expand a high-performing software sales organization as the business continues to grow.
• Promote the adoption of outcome-based selling that emphasizes customer business value, operational efficiency, subscriber experience, and AI-driven automation.
• Establish software pipeline generation initiatives and reliable forecasting processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to gather market insights and influence roadmap priorities.
• Forge strategic partnerships with ecosystem providers, cloud providers, AI partners, and industry organizations.
• Assist in investor, analyst, customer, and industry-facing activities concerning Harmonic's software strategy.
• Over 15 years of experience in technology sales, with substantial experience in selling software, SaaS, cloud, analytics, AI, or operational platforms.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing software sales teams or software business units.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing multi-million-dollar software revenue goals.
• In-depth understanding of broadband, telecommunications, networking, or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated executive presence with experience in selling to C-suite and senior technology executives.
• Expertise in creating strategic account plans and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic, global environment.
• Preferred: Experience selling to cable operators, fiber providers, telecommunications service providers, or network operators.
• Preferred: Knowledge in AI, machine learning, analytics, observability, automation, or network operations platforms.
• Preferred: Experience leading transformation initiatives that integrate infrastructure and software solutions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with DOCSIS, PON, broadband operations, customer experience platforms, and OSS/BSS ecosystems.
