This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Accountable for driving profitable growth and market expansion within the designated territory.
• Creates and executes market strategies that encompass customer analysis, competitive assessments, growth prospects, and revenue targets.
• Exhibits a thorough understanding of key customers’ businesses and the essential metrics that influence each account.
• Collaborates effectively with all internal departments at Cornerstone Building Brands to enhance and streamline the customer experience.
• Proficient in utilizing Operating Systems.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in sales/marketing and/or sales management.
• Background in commercial construction and/or building materials is required.
• Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to assess market dynamics and formulate strategic responses to emerging opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Must be adept at managing multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 60% of the time (approximately 2-3 overnight trips per week).
