This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• A vital member of the Malaysia Singapore Cluster Leadership Team.
• Actively participate and contribute to the leadership of the MYSG business, including strategy development, business development opportunities, and team engagement.
• Responsible for managing select strategic business accounts.
• Inspire, lead, and develop direct reports while ensuring that the field sales team performs at a high level to achieve budgeted business results.
• Cultivate a high-performance sales team culture, establishing high standards and clearly communicating expectations, as well as following through on behaviors and outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate key account plan execution barriers to achieve sales objectives segmented by product portfolio and customer.
• Provide field insights and competitive benchmarks to enhance execution among key account customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Key Accounts, Marketing, Professional Services, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations, to develop and optimize sales programs, pricing, incentives, and policies related to the optical market.
• Lead cross-functional execution projects through working group forums.
• Serve as a role model and develop a strong team understanding of CooperVision’s global competencies, culture, products, and policies.
• Drive team engagement, as measured by continuous improvement in Gallup Survey Scores.
• Build networks beyond the country to learn best practices that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• A minimum of 10 to 12 years of sales experience across operations, channel management, and trade marketing.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills (ability to engage with all levels), leadership, and both written and oral communication abilities. Demonstrates strong analytical skills with a balance of detail orientation and strategic thinking.
• Proactive, innovative, and independent worker with initiative; an excellent team player committed to driving business results.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of sales, brand, and category applications and principles.
• Strong leadership skills with an understanding of team and people development dynamics.
• Extensive customer engagement experience across various levels and functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills focused on teamwork and the ability to foster and manage relationships across multiple departments and functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Standard office environment.
• Extensive travel to customer accounts.
• Occasional travel for sales workshops and conferences.
