VP of Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact for issues related to sales compensation.

• Provides leadership, direction, and mentorship to the sales operations team, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.

• Supports the efficient utilization of our corporate CRM and SFA systems to enhance salesforce productivity and adherence to compliance.

• Coordinates and leads the weekly forecast review sessions with the Sales Management team.

• Collaborates closely with customer success teams on renewal operations and management.

• Directs and conducts regular sales management meetings to update on pertinent Sales & Services Operations initiatives and developments.

• Oversees sales operations processes, including order validation, pricing, contracts, and billing; accountable for deal approvals.

• Manages sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning processes to ensure accurate revenue predictions and resource distribution.

• Enhances Sales effectiveness through the implementation of technology, processes, messaging, and training.

• Guarantees the availability and provision of essential bookings, pipeline and forecast reports, and dashboards to sales management.

• Develops commission structures, sales quotas, and strategically deploys Accounts & Territories.

• Supervises deal desk operations and responsibilities related to deal structuring.

• Manages comprehensive reporting, analytics, and business intelligence resources.

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience in a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in the field.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
