This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and execute the sales strategy for the APAC region.
• Propel sales growth by meeting sales targets with key accounts through both direct and distribution channels.
• Establish and refine the Go-To-Market strategy.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with global product category teams, marketing, customer care, pricing, global accounts, and operations teams.
• Deliver regular business updates to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the Sales team on the journey to becoming one nVent in APAC.
• Ideally possess a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation.
• Previous experience in industrial sales, particularly within the low-voltage sector, both locally and internationally.
• A demonstrated history of managing sales exceeding $100M.
• Proficiency with SF.Com or MS Dynamics is essential.
• At least 10 years of industrial experience in automation, electrical components, or power systems.
• Proven capability to operate effectively in an international environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with others to achieve outcomes.
• Capacity to work 100% remotely and travel approximately 50% of the time.
