This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and vision for the Pharos Cloud product, proactively developing plans and recommendations.
• Contribute to the company's key new revenue initiatives, including our DLP and data egress projects.
• Foster ongoing, direct relationships with essential enterprise clients, engaging in meaningful conversations that influence product development.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial discovery to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Serve as the go-to product authority across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Manage the documentation process related to the product.
• A minimum of 6 years in B2B SaaS product management, with substantial senior experience.
• Proven experience in owning a product throughout its entire lifecycle: discovery, definition, building, launching, and iterating.
• Ability to link product decisions to revenue results, including ARR, retention, expansion, or pricing strategies.
• Experience working in a company with fewer than 300 employees, thriving in a nimble, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated technical expertise: has collaborated directly with engineering on significant architectural decisions.
• Potential for a $20,000 bonus.
