Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end management of assigned projects or accounts within the agreed timeframes and budgets.

• Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Oversee resource utilization and promote best practices in quality and efficiency.

• Align client objectives with deliverables, team capabilities, and available resources.

• Supervise one or more project teams.

• Apply delivery methodologies and quality standards.

• Negotiate and manage change requests and scope adjustments.

• Manage risks by anticipating and resolving obstacles.

• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation standards are maintained.

• Drive continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and work dynamics.

• Manage project profitability and budget planning.

• Control costs and allocate resources efficiently.

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients as the primary operational point of contact.

• Establish communication channels between stakeholders and internal teams.

• Ensure transparency, alignment, and resolution of issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development projects or consulting.

• More than 5 years of specific experience in software project or IT service management.

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Senior Product Manager, or equivalent role.

• Technical background.

• Demonstrated success in delivering medium to large end-to-end projects while meeting scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.

• Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and external clients.

• Experience collaborating with technical and Solutions areas on estimations, handoff, and resource allocation.

• Advanced operational coordination capabilities.

• Strong negotiation skills regarding scope, changes, and conflict resolution.

• Applied knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid practices.

• Familiarity with software development processes and dynamics.

• Ability to interpret project metrics and generate executive reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred postgraduate/Master's degree (MBA or technical field).

• Desirable certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum.
