This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of member growth and enrollment objectives for Maven's primary business, including the revenue generated from these enrollments.
• Establish strategy, create plans, and function as a cross-functional control tower among teams that drive revenue.
• Design and oversee the enrollment journey from the eligible population through to enrollment and activation.
• Forge new partnerships and innovative growth strategies beyond current enrollment optimization channels.
• Develop and refine enrollment funnels, operational metrics, leading KPIs, and diagnostic systems.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, Clinical, Payer, Sales, and Operations teams, holding them accountable for operational KPIs.
• Lead and nurture a small, high-performing team while actively engaging in execution.
• Create measurement, segmentation, attribution, and forecasting frameworks in conjunction with Data and Finance.
• Confidently forecast enrollment and revenue.
• Over 10 years of experience in driving growth, enrollment, acquisition, or revenue outcomes.
• Proven history of personally owning and achieving targets, ideally in sectors such as healthcare, benefits, marketplaces, consumer subscription, or complex-funnel environments.
• A hands-on player-coach who remains actively engaged with data, funnels, planning, and execution.
• Exceptional quantitative skills, including the ability to build and analyze funnel models, assess opportunities, and design experiments.
• Strategic mindset to explore fundamentally new enrollment methods beyond incremental channel improvements.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and accountability without direct authority over most partner teams.
• Insight into how enrollment impacts revenue and unit economics.
• Capability to collaborate with Finance on targets and forecasting.
• Comfort in a dynamic, mission-driven environment with high visibility and direct accountability for top-line metrics.
