• Accountable for enhancing the visibility of the Shaw Industries Commercial Brand (Shaw Contract and Patcraft) across Latin America.
• Oversee sales strategy, account management, and business development efforts in collaboration with Latin American, International Global Accounts, and Sales Management Teams to capitalize on opportunities with these accounts.
• Facilitate and synchronize all initiatives concerning Global and Strategic accounts with Commercial Account Executives, Global VPSAs, aligned dealers, and Marketing Management across all brands.
• Create new Global and Strategic Accounts; nurture and safeguard existing relationships while maximizing the potential of current Global & Strategic Accounts.
• Conduct research and mapping of current and prospective Global & Strategic Accounts; act as the communication link for Global & Strategic Accounts throughout the company.
• Serve as a catalyst and multiplier for non-hospitality selling segments for Shaw Industries (e.g., corporate workplace, healthcare, retail, etc.).
• Develop relationships, communication, and engagement with sales management and sales teams across all brands, ensuring cohesive alignment between U.S. account leadership, local dealers, and end-users.
• Organize meetings, presentations, and training sessions with our aligned dealers; act as an educator for dealer partners and internal teams regarding product launches, positioning, and market opportunities.
• Employ sales automation tools and processes to monitor projects ordered directly from Shaw as well as through local service providers in the market.
• Engage with RFPs, contracts, and agreements in a strategic manner.
• Travel across Latin America to foster relationships and enhance market coverage; maintain regular engagement rhythms with aligned dealer partners (e.g., consistent monthly/bi-monthly touchpoints) and relay actionable market intelligence back to leadership.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the commercial interiors industry, working with Architectural Design Firms, product distribution channels, and Multinational Companies.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of sales performance growth.
• Strong leadership and lateral influence skills are essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Latin America.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Comfortable presenting to dealer partners, A&D audiences, and end-users; adaptable in style for both executive boardroom and field settings.
• Proven ability to cultivate trusting relationships across varied cultures and stakeholder groups; open to coaching with an inclusive, servant-leadership mindset.
