VP of Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational collaborator with regional sales leaders (AMER, EMEA, APAC).

• Empower leaders to manage their business with discipline concerning pipeline, forecasting, and performance oversight.

• Foster accountability for execution standards and performance results across various regions.

• Implement and uphold uniform pipeline inspection frameworks and deal progression criteria.

• Enhance forecast precision through systematic inspection, adherence to methodologies, and accountability.

• Oversee the execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly field operating rhythms.

• Normalize pipeline reviews, forecasting calls, and regional QBR contributions across all areas.

• Ensure that enterprise GTM initiatives are consistently embraced across regions and segments.

• Identify execution risks, including pipeline deficiencies, productivity challenges, and forecast fluctuations.

• Collaborate with Sales Planning & Performance to verify coverage models and capacity assumptions in practical execution.

• Work together with Deal Execution & Governance to address complex deal situations and enhance commercial processes.

• Deliver actionable insights to sales leadership for timely intervention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership positions.

• Proven track record supporting global enterprise sales organizations (preferably $500M+ ARR).

• Profound understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, deal advancement, and sales operational rhythms.

• Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence frontline sales leadership.

• Established capability to instill execution discipline and operational rigor on a large scale.

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience is preferred.
