This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• You are an expert in Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations with extensive industry and ERP knowledge.
• The business architect is vital in ensuring that business strategy is aligned with technology solutions throughout the supply chain sectors.
• Assess business processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and design streamlined workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with various teams to establish a comprehensive transformation strategy aimed at achieving key business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to formulate and refine the strategic roadmap for our silicon and optical supply chains.
• Apply industry best practices to improve operational effectiveness, reduce expenses, and accelerate time-to-market for silicon and optical module products.
• Guarantee that technology infrastructure and applications are supportive of business processes and strategic aims.
• Create and oversee key performance indicators to evaluate the success of business processes and initiatives.
• Over 8 years of experience in Semiconductor/High Tech Manufacturing Operations across NPI, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Fulfillment domains.
• Proven track record in business architecture, business transformation, or a related field managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Proficient in configuring Oracle ERP to facilitate discrete manufacturing of new products.
• Experience in enabling and supporting B2B transactions within the manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with Foundry, OSAT, Contract Manufacturing, and 3PL Partners.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Skilled in creating dashboards, reports, alerts, and/or agentic/generative AI solutions.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in applying Six Sigma methods to address challenges and enhance business processes.
