Supervisor, Last Mile Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Allocate work tasks and oversee team activities.

• Train team members on the proper use of equipment, operational procedures, and maintenance protocols; assist team in understanding housekeeping standards.

• Supervise and ensure the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.

• Monitor equipment usage and guarantee team compliance with all safety regulations and programs.

• Manage inventory, including tracking stock levels and conducting merchandise reconciliations.

• Aid in resolving issues to maximize associate productivity; take appropriate measures to address underperformance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong mathematical abilities and solid analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.
