This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the EMEA revenue target (ARR) and formulate a go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
• Propel growth by leading the team in acquiring new clients in target markets, providing coaching for successful pursuits.
• Act as the executive leader for significant enterprise transactions, collaborating closely with the team to secure and finalize multi-year, high-value sales.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly driven Account Managers distributed across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with the team to assess current processes and spearhead operational improvements focusing on efficiency, clarity, and data-informed decision-making.
• Engage with the broader Everseen organization to comprehend and advocate for customer needs and the go-to-market team.
• Ideally, you possess over 10 years of experience in a B2B Enterprise SaaS sales environment.
• You have a demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing targets of up to €20 million.
• You are an expert in retail and have a deep understanding of the loss prevention and shrinkage challenges faced by our customers.
• You are data-driven and enjoy working with extensive datasets, transforming them into actionable insights and driving revenue growth through a structured approach.
• You understand the dynamics of managing and collaborating with teams across various countries within the EMEA region (e.g., Germany, UK, Spain).
• You move swiftly, leveraging data for decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are familiar with the uncertainties that accompany a scaling organization.
