This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of enterprise positioning and messaging; craft the narrative that showcases how Supabase outperforms established databases, BaaS platforms, and cloud-native alternatives in enterprise evaluations.
• Develop and sustain competitive intelligence initiatives; create battle cards, conduct win/loss analyses, perform feature comparisons, and generate objection-handling guides that equip the sales team with essential tools for closing deals.
• Design sales enablement materials; produce pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI frameworks, technical briefs, security/compliance documentation, and deal-specific content that expedites enterprise sales cycles.
• Formulate enterprise go-to-market (GTM) playbooks that consider multi-stakeholder buying processes, procurement cycles, and the influence chain from developers to executives.
• Write code utilities to track shifts in the competitive landscape, analyze win/loss data, automate deal intelligence, and monitor trends in the enterprise market.
• Leverage AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to automate competitive research, synthesize analyst reports, generate enablement materials, and establish early-warning systems for market changes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering to comprehend enterprise objections, identify feature gaps, and understand buying patterns. Relay these insights back into product development and positioning.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to uncover actionable insights regarding enterprise buyer needs, competitive positioning, and expansion opportunities.
• Manage enterprise-oriented content; create case studies, customer stories, technical whitepapers, and migration guides that enhance credibility with enterprise buyers and evaluators.
• Define and monitor key enterprise marketing metrics; analyze pipeline influence, win rates by segment, competitive displacement rates, and content engagement throughout the buyer journey.
• Coordinate with the Product team to influence enterprise roadmap priorities based on competitive gaps, customer feedback, and market requirements.
• Assist in pricing and packaging decisions using market data, competitive benchmarking, and willingness to pay analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing with an emphasis on enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in sales enablement, competitive intelligence, or enterprise GTM within a high-growth startup or developer tools company.
• Practical experience in establishing competitive programs, creating sales collateral, and developing enterprise positioning from the ground up.
• A current or former developer who enjoys coding for work, leisure, or personal satisfaction.
• Proficient in advanced LLM usage: You utilize tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for tasks beyond mere content creation; including competitive analysis, deal intelligence, research automation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in code utility creation: You write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for competitive monitoring, data analysis, win/loss tracking, or enablement automation.
• Skilled in research automation: You employ AI tools for comprehensive market research, competitor strategy analysis, and synthesis of enterprise buyer signals.
• Proven capability in workflow optimization: You have developed AI-enhanced processes that scale marketing operations effectively.
• Strong writing skills to translate complex technical capabilities into business value for both developers and enterprise buyers.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to comprehend database architectures, developer workflows, and infrastructure trade-offs beyond a superficial level.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying processes, and the developer to CTO influence chain.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in making complex processes repeatable.
• Preferred experience with developer infrastructure, open source, databases, or PLG-to-enterprise transitions.
• Completely comfortable working in a remote environment: self-motivated and highly communicative.
