Product Marketing Manager – JetBrains AI Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for selected launches, updates, and adoption initiatives within the JetBrains AI Ecosystem.

• Transform product modifications, feature introductions, and model-related updates into clear communications and effective launch strategies.

• Oversee and manage launch schedules, briefs, and coordination among stakeholders.

• Create messaging and supporting assets for essential channels, including websites, blog posts, newsletters, lifecycle programs, social media content, and internal training materials.

• Collaborate with Product, Research, Developer Advocacy, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth market launches.

• Facilitate the expansion of launches beyond initial release moments through campaigns, follow-up initiatives, and amplification across various channels.

• Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to enhance positioning and the quality of campaigns.

• Monitor launch and campaign performance, share insights, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of team processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess experience in product marketing, go-to-market marketing, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, developer tools, AI products, or other technical software.

• Ability to convert complex product features into clear and engaging messaging.

• Confident in leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong writing and communication abilities in English.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing several workstreams simultaneously.

• Possess a solid understanding of what constitutes credible and useful technical marketing for developers.
