VP of Data Center Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global delivery of Data Center Services across various regions.

• Establish a regular operational rhythm, key performance indicators (KPIs), governance, and performance management frameworks.

• Create scalable organizational structures and succession plans.

• Propel continuous operational enhancements and standardization efforts.

• Manage infrastructure services, including server deployment, rack integration, network support, logistics operations, and the execution of managed services.

• Ensure operational readiness and consistency of services across global environments.

• Enhance delivery speed, quality, utilization, and customer experience.

• Act as the executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships.

• Collaborate with customers to align operational outcomes with their business priorities.

• Lead governance and executive business reviews.

• Take ownership of forecasting, budget planning, capacity planning, and financial performance.

• Drive improvements in productivity, margins, and service scalability.

• Support strategic growth initiatives and service expansion efforts.

• Spearhead automation, process optimization, and the evolution of the operating model.

• Implement metrics-driven decision-making processes and enhance operational maturity.

• Develop scalable service frameworks to accommodate future growth.

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing global organization.

• Cultivate leadership capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

• Promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational development strategies.

• Advocate for EOS values, leadership principles, and cultural initiatives across global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience leading global infrastructure, managed services, or data center operations organizations.

• Proven experience leading operational teams across multiple regions.

• Demonstrated accountability in large-scale service delivery environments.

• Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and operational planning.

• Strong executive presence in customer-facing roles.

• Preferred experience in data center infrastructure operations, deployment services, server lifecycle management, managed services, and hyperscale customer interactions.
