Strategy and Operations Analyst – Provider Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a real-time operational resource for the PAM team by overseeing call coverage, monitoring task distribution, and suggesting modifications to enhance team efficiency.

• Extract ad hoc data to promptly and accurately address operational inquiries, empowering the team to make swift and informed decisions.

• Track essential operational metrics and identify emerging trends, bottlenecks, or anomalies before they escalate into issues.

• Collaborate with the RevOps and data teams to define and document data and reporting requirements, ensuring that Provider Operations has access to the necessary information.

• Analyze operational data to uncover patterns and opportunities through root cause analysis and trend detection.

• Participate in a Voice of the Field and continuous improvement initiative that highlights operational insights throughout the organization.

• Convert data insights into clear, actionable recommendations, effectively communicating the implications of the data, not just the findings.

• Collaborate across functions to develop a mutual analytical understanding of the most significant improvement opportunities.

• Assist with strategic projects by providing data scoping, analysis, and measurement contributions as required.

• Help with the creation and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that documentation reflects actual operational practices.

• Work alongside the broader Operations team to integrate data-driven thinking into everyday decisions and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a data-related role with a strong analytical focus.

• Proficient in SQL, capable of independently extracting and manipulating data without the need for a dedicated data team.

• Strong analytical skills, able to identify root causes, detect patterns, and relate data to operational realities.

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey data findings in straightforward language to operational and leadership audiences.

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable working with incomplete or imperfect data and making well-reasoned inferences.
