This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Manager of Operational Excellence & Site Expansion is an active operator who spearheads the daily execution of Bierman’s enterprise performance objectives.
• Responsible for leading the launch of new centers (denovo) from site readiness to achieving self-sustainability.
• Engineering operational efficiencies across various centers and functional areas.
• Designing and implementing scheduling optimization systems that regulate clinician utilization, client access, and performance of billable hours.
• Acts as a liaison between strategy and operational teams; utilizes data, process discipline, and a focus on execution to ensure Bierman operates with excellence and consistency at scale.
• Collaborates directly with center and service delivery leaders; conducts operational audits; manages tactical improvement initiatives; and supports the establishment of new centers.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, industrial engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, process management, healthcare operations, consulting, or a comparable role.
• Prior experience in a multi-site healthcare or service delivery organization is highly preferred; direct experience in launching new sites (denovo execution) is particularly valued.
• Proven experience in designing or managing scheduling, workforce management, or capacity optimization systems.
• Strong analytical and auditing abilities with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights; proficiency with Excel/Sheets modeling and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
• Effective project management and organizational capabilities; able to oversee multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with leaders at all levels, from center floor to executive team.
• Demonstrated ability to temporarily assume leadership roles and stabilize operations.
• Integrity, professionalism, and the capacity to manage confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working within a primarily MacOS environment.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Bierman’s technology platforms, including CentralReach and Tableau.
• Willingness to travel to centers as needed to support denovo launches and conduct audits.
