• Act as a reliable technology consultant for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive the technology vision and strategic direction for key client engagements.
• Create MarTech technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and digital transformation efforts.
• Evaluate existing technology environments and outline future-state architectures, platforms, and capabilities.
• Provide guidance to clients on MarTech architecture, platform strategies, integration methods, and technology upgrades.
• Convert complex business goals into scalable technology strategies and actionable implementation plans.
• Counsel executive stakeholders on technology investments, modernization efforts, AI adoption, and priorities for digital transformation.
• Establish architectural principles, governance frameworks, and technology standards that facilitate scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Conduct client discovery sessions, executive workshops, technology evaluations, demonstrations, and solution planning discussions.
• Transform vague business challenges into structured solution architectures, delivery methodologies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Assess enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, AI capabilities, and integration strategies to suggest optimal solutions.
• Define scalable architectures for cloud, data, AI, integration, and digital experience ecosystems.
• Generate executive-level recommendations that balance business value, technical feasibility, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop business requirements, solution architecture documentation, technical briefs, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with development and delivery teams to maintain architectural integrity throughout the implementation process.
• Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technologies across client engagements and internal projects.
• Advise clients on pragmatic AI adoption strategies, governance, security, and responsible implementation practices.
• Design AI-driven solutions utilizing enterprise AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures when appropriate.
• Collaborate with innovation, engineering, and delivery teams to transform AI concepts into production-ready capabilities.
• Stay informed about evolving technology trends and convert emerging capabilities into tangible business results.
• Assist in business development by shaping technology strategies for proposals, pitches, and new client opportunities.
• Work with account teams to uncover technology-driven growth opportunities within current client relationships.
• Direct technology strategy during new client onboarding and solution planning activities.
• Foster trusted executive relationships and serve as the primary technology advisor for strategic accounts.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, or marketing technology initiatives within the Life Sciences sector.
• More than 5 years of experience in a digital-first delivery agency or consultancy.
• Extensive knowledge in MarTech architecture, AWS cloud services, APIs, systems integration, modern application development, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in designing scalable cloud-native architectures using microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and contemporary DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, API-first design, event-driven architecture, identity management, and middleware technologies.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and customer data ecosystems.
• Background in implementing AI-enabled solutions including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI governance.
• Expertise in evaluating and integrating MarTech platforms such as CMS, CRM, DAM, marketing automation, digital experience, and customer engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, identity management, compliance, and regulated technology environments.
• Proficient in building prototypes, assessing APIs and SDKs, and exploring emerging technologies through hands-on technical experimentation.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts into executive-level recommendations while guiding development teams toward scalable implementations.
• Innovative thinker with practical execution capabilities.
• Experience in supporting business development and proposal creation.
• Proven ability to connect business strategy and technology, translating executive visions into practical, scalable technical solutions.
