This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Drives strategic initiatives and investigates best practices and solutions to improve service delivery across all markets and modes of transportation.
• Provides leadership, mentorship, and guidance to senior leaders and teams, covering areas such as staffing, performance management, and career development.
• Owns the transportation roadmap that aligns with the organizational vision and strategic priorities.
• Fosters a culture of efficiency, accountability, and member-focused service delivery.
• Partners with field leadership and cross-functional teams to implement transportation initiatives.
• Engages with internal departments to ensure alignment with strategic direction and organizational objectives.
• Utilizes systems and field data to provide analytics and insights on business performance.
• Conducts comprehensive data analysis to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in transportation service delivery.
• Supplies market intelligence, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to guide strategy.
• Develops and communicates KPI strategies to promote field execution and successful account management.
• Delivers data-driven insights and recommendations to all levels of leadership to foster alignment and facilitate decision-making.
• Identifies opportunities through analytics and suggests actionable strategies with measurable results.
• Compiles and presents professional reports that support both qualitative and quantitative findings.
• Recommends and executes process improvement initiatives while consulting with executive leadership on transformation efforts.
• Leads change management initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
• Prepares and oversees budgets, analyzes variances, and implements corrective measures.
• Ensures high employee satisfaction and retention through leadership development and engagement strategies.
• Directs collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and customer success.
• May lead projects and perform other assigned duties.
• 20–30% travel may be necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Over fifteen (15) years of experience in transportation and/or medical transportation.
• More than ten (10) years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Or a combination of education and/or experience that is equivalent.
• Ability to engage and consult with multiple levels of leadership.
• Strong capability to articulate business insights using data and context.
• Proven expertise in impact analysis and connecting data to strategic outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills complemented by business and commercial acumen.
• Experience with statistical analysis software.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation provider costs, pricing strategies, and budget management.
• Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, reporting, and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong aptitude for building robust internal and external relationships.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Google Suite tools.
• Extensive project management experience.
