• Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Customer Officer and Sales leadership to enhance pipeline generation, expand accounts, foster customer engagement, and strengthen market positioning.
• Act as the strategic steward of the Sureify brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, thought leadership, events, digital channels, and customer experiences.
• Spearhead demand generation initiatives across inbound, outbound, account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, events, and digital campaigns.
• Oversee marketing operations, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and KPI measurement with a strong emphasis on efficiency and ROI.
• Convert company strategy and product direction into compelling market narratives and unique positioning.
• Supervise the development of marketing content, sales enablement materials, website strategy, customer communications, and product marketing assets.
• Serve as a player-coach leader for a small team of marketing professionals and agency partners, balancing leadership, mentorship, and direct execution.
• Promote cross-functional alignment among Marketing, Sales, Product, Account Management, and Executive Leadership.
• Direct the creative vision for campaigns, content, brand evolution, and market presence.
• Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operational rigor within the marketing organization.
• Examine market trends, customer insights, competitive positioning, and campaign performance to continuously enhance strategy.
• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in enterprise software, insurtech, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading both strategic marketing initiatives and hands-on execution in high-growth environments.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Account Management organizations to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Strong grasp of modern demand generation, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, and brand development.
• Proven ability to build and scale marketing functions with lean teams and limited resources.
• Strong operational mindset with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and marketing analytics.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience guiding creative direction and brand strategy across various channels.
• Collaborative leadership style with the capacity to influence across departments and engage executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and contemporary marketing technology platforms.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
