Technical Marketing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Developing partner-ready demonstrations, labs, and technical narratives for Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing solutions.

• Converting product functionalities into comprehensible enablement materials for VARs, distributors, SIs, MSSPs, and cloud partners.

• Creating interactive workshops and demonstration journeys focused on API security, Zero Trust, WAF, bots, and cloud technologies.

• Collaborating with product, marketing, sales, services, and technical teams to synchronize priorities and execution strategies.

• Producing scalable technical documentation that minimizes partner ramp-up time and enhances field preparedness.

• Assessing content utilization, partner adoption rates, and technical readiness to refine enablement results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a High School diploma or bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification.

• Have 2+ years of experience in technical marketing, partner enablement, solutions engineering, or channel programs.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, SaaS, APIs, distributed infrastructure, or partner-driven technical sales strategies.

• Create demos, labs, workshops, and technical resources tailored for sales, pre-sales, or partner-centric audiences.

• Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to diverse, international, cross-functional, and partner-focused teams.

• Utilize data, feedback, and platform analytics to boost partner engagement and enhance content effectiveness for improved results.

• Influence stakeholders through practical judgment, business acumen, and a disciplined approach to execution.
