This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, web, and social media platforms.
• Design and manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, and nurturing sequences utilizing existing templates.
• Analyze performance metrics and email engagement (including delivery, open, and click-through rates) to uncover areas for enhancement.
• Oversee content distribution and promotion efforts to optimize reach and engagement.
• Develop personalized content and messaging for key ABM accounts and execute campaigns using the ABM Platform, Influ2.
• Ensure timely launches and maintain quality standards by collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
• Create and manage content calendars that align with campaign schedules and business objectives.
• Revise and enhance existing content for improved search performance.
• Oversee social media presence and foster community engagement.
• Assist in the planning and promotion of marketing events.
• Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Keep updated on marketing trends and platform best practices.
• A strong enthusiasm for marketing, content creation, and supporting initiatives that drive customer engagement and pipeline development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations role, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven experience executing marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and other digital channels.
• Practical knowledge of marketing automation platforms/CRMs such as HubSpot/SFDC, including campaign setup, workflows, and reporting.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices.
• Experience in supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives or personalized marketing efforts is advantageous.
• Comfort with marketing data and performance metrics to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
