VP, Head of Epilepsy, R&D

📋 Description

• Enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the epilepsy domain.

• Propel meaningful innovation that impacts patients positively.

• Ensure that Jazz's epilepsy initiatives meet the expectations of regulators, clinicians, and the community.

• Influence the epilepsy development pipeline and take responsibility for various development programs.

• Foster collaborative networks and expedite the delivery of unique therapies.

• Serve as a scientific and strategic representative of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or PhD with a focus on Epilepsy.

• Board Certification in Neurology or related subspecialties.

• At least 10 years of experience in drug development.

• Recognized nationally or internationally as an academic epileptologist and/or epilepsy drug developer.

• Extensive experience in clinical research and leadership of clinical trials.

• Strong history of publications and presentations at conferences.

• Established relationships within academic institutions, clinical trial sites, and epilepsy organizations.

• Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams in a global setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Willingness to travel (up to 10%-20% of the time).
