VP, Global Vertical HRBP Lead – Business AI, Technology and Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Executive leaders and their management teams to synchronize HR strategies with business goals.

• Offer guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management to enhance operational efficiency.

• Act as a member of the senior leadership team to participate in business decision-making and strategy development.

• Manage talent acquisition strategies to draw in top-tier candidates for BATP.

• Create and execute programs focused on leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

• Serve as an advocate for employees, promoting a positive and productive workplace environment.

• Collaborate with Total Rewards to ensure competitive, fair, and motivating compensation programs.

• Lead HR initiatives to guarantee efficient and scalable HR operations.

• Motivate and mentor the BATP HR team to achieve operational excellence in HR services for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of progressive HR experience, including more than 5 years as a senior HRBP in a technology organization.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• Experience in advising executive leaders and shaping business strategy in dynamic environments.

• Proven track record in supporting a global technology function and adapting to evolving operating models.

• Global HR experience, encompassing multi-country employee relations and workforce practices.

• In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance within a technology framework.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for coaching and influencing senior leaders.

• Demonstrated leadership in change management across organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation efforts.

• HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
