Growth Lead – Product Launch Owner, Consumer AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the US go-to-market strategy for a new consumer AI product.

• Identify ideal customer profiles, early adopter segments, and quickest routes to initial traction.

• Take charge of launch planning across various channels such as Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.

• Convert product features into clear and engaging messaging for mainstream US consumers.

• Generate launch momentum through innovative, cost-effective acquisition strategies.

• Manage the comprehensive growth roadmap encompassing acquisition, activation, and retention.

• Build and enhance the channel mix across paid, organic, influencer, creator, referral, and partnership avenues.

• Initiate and expand campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels.

• Establish partnerships with influencers and creators to boost awareness and user growth.

• Experiment with creatives, landing pages, offers, pricing, and messaging to enhance conversion rates.

• Collaborate with product teams on onboarding, activation, and improvements to the first-session experience.

• Optimize user journeys from click to signup, active user status, and paid conversion.

• Oversee CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other essential growth metrics.

• Create dashboards and weekly reports for acquisition channels.

• Analyze funnel drop-off points and trends in user behavior.

• Transform data into actionable experiments and clear follow-up steps.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in launching or scaling a **0→1 B2C / consumer / self-serve digital product**.

• Proven track record of driving measurable user growth, revenue, or activation outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, organic growth, and channel experimentation.

• Experience in owning or assisting with product launches and introducing new products to the market.

• Ability to work independently in small teams while taking significant ownership.

• Strong analytical mindset capable of making quick, data-driven decisions.

• Experience in startup environments, app growth, AI, or SaaS is highly desirable.
