• Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plan for Europe, in close collaboration with global marketing and regional sales leadership.
• Ensure alignment of the regional marketing strategy and plan with the overarching global marketing and company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the corporate communications and brand teams to design, build, and execute initiatives that enhance brand awareness and establish our leadership in the region.
• Create and implement regional campaigns and pipeline development programs across Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB segments, working tightly with global campaigns, growth marketing, and product marketing teams.
• Design and execute impactful customer advocacy and experience-based programs that offer our customers opportunities to share their stories and engage with, and learn from, the experiences of others.
• Ensure tight alignment between Marketing and Sales based on shared, measurable objectives.
• Foster a data-driven culture within marketing to enable data-based analysis of successful strategies and adjust investments according to regional sales priorities.
• Stay informed about the evolving market landscape and competitive dynamics, providing regional insights to the global team.
• Localize campaigns, product positioning, and messaging as necessary.
• Establish a feedback loop to communicate regional resonances back to the global team.
• Demonstrated management experience in a high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS company.
• Proven track record of leading marketing teams and driving strategies across all marketing aspects, from brand awareness to pipeline development.
• Strategic thinker regarding business growth in the region, including investment decisions and establishing a clear marketing strategy.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey the marketing plan, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders, and manage its execution with the marketing team.
• Expertise in building and executing impactful, high-value programs and experiences that drive growth.
