This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the leading authority for business insights, performance intelligence, and analytics strategy within the enterprise.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to the COO, CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
• Recognize trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging risks throughout the organization.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that align with enterprise priorities and business objectives.
• Convert organizational goals into quantifiable performance metrics and actionable insights.
• Create and uphold executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports covering operational, financial, workforce, clinical, and growth indicators.
• Enhance visibility into organizational performance at the enterprise, regional, market, and center levels.
• Establish enterprise KPIs and reporting methodologies.
• Foster accountability through objective performance measurement.
• Develop predictive models to identify workforce, operational, and business risks.
• Enhance forecasting capabilities to support hiring strategies, workforce requirements, participant growth, resource distribution, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and operational leaders on turnover trends, workforce challenges, staffing shortages, and retention strategies.
• Support enterprise workforce planning with data-driven talent and operational insights.
• Examine operational performance drivers across centers, markets, and business functions.
• Discover opportunities to enhance productivity, participant access, efficiency, quality, workforce utilization, and financial performance.
• Formulate recommendations to optimize operations and enhance business outcomes.
• Track organizational performance against strategic goals and pinpoint necessary corrective actions.
• Transform intricate data into visual formats that aid executive decision-making.
• Create dashboards, presentations, and analytical tools that clarify information and incite action.
• Share findings and recommendations with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Set standards for reporting, metric definitions, and analytics governance.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to guarantee data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Instill confidence in organizational reporting through governance and validation processes.
• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in business analytics, strategy, business intelligence, management consulting, operational excellence, finance, or related fields.
• More than 15 years leading enterprise analytics or business insights functions.
• Proven experience in providing strategic insights and decision support to executive teams.
• Experience in developing executive dashboards, scorecards, predictive models, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influence abilities.
• Proven capability to convert complex data into practical business recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior leaders to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Public Health, Data Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting healthcare, payer, provider, value-based care, managed care, retail health, or PACE organizations.
• Preferred: Experience in developing workforce planning and predictive talent analytics capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting enterprise transformation initiatives and enhancing organizational performance.
• Preferred: Experience presenting analytics and recommendations to Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams.
• Travel is required, including overnight trips as necessary.
