This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead comprehensive engagement strategies across key accounts, ensuring direction, quality of outcomes, and overall effectiveness.
• Convert brand strategy into omnichannel engagement frameworks, activation plans, experience maps, content matrices, and tailored channel-specific content recommendations.
• Oversee engagement planning, implementation, and evaluation across patient journeys, making sure strategies are rooted in audience needs, behaviors, and decision-making processes.
• Create brand ecosystem and experience strategies that delineate how touchpoints, content, and channels collaborate throughout the entire engagement journey.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Creative, Medical/Scientific, Media, Account, Analytics, and other teams to integrate strategies and actualize engagement plans.
• Utilize platform, channel, and performance insights to enhance activations in alignment with established success metrics.
• Discover growth prospects and innovative engagement methods that strengthen audience connections, brand loyalty, and business results.
• Supervise, mentor, and foster the development of both senior and junior strategists, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.
• Over 8 years of experience in engagement strategy, digital strategy, omnichannel strategy, experience planning, or similar strategic roles, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a highly regulated sector.
• Demonstrated capability to autonomously lead engagement strategies across intricate accounts, including establishing direction, advising clients, and managing deliverables from inception to completion.
• Experience in formulating engagement strategies, omnichannel plans, brand ecosystems, experience maps, activation briefs, content matrices, and channel-specific content strategies.
• Proficient in leveraging audience and behavioral insights, such as segmentation, personas, channel behaviors, engagement patterns, platform insights, and decision-making pathways.
• Adept at transforming strategic inputs into practical engagement plans that unify messaging, content, tactics, and channels throughout the patient experience.
• A collaborative leader skilled in cross-functional partnerships, effectively guiding teams towards cohesive outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, leading client discussions, and maintaining accountability for engagement quality, performance, and client impact.
