This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead, mentor, and train an exceptional team of Consultants in best practices for diagnosing, structuring, and resolving complex client business challenges through strategic, data-informed, and methodical consulting approaches.
β’ Create repeatable frameworks, problem-solving methodologies, and consultative processes that ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable client outcomes throughout engagements.
β’ Recognize and mentor emerging talent within the team (or region) to develop a pool of future consultants and facilitate succession planning.
β’ Cultivate a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing among team members.
β’ Collaborate with Data Cloud, Product, and Engineering teams to provide insights on evolving client needs, influence roadmap priorities, and identify scalable consulting solutions or automation prospects.
β’ Design comprehensive data strategies aligned with client objectives, identifying both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) data use cases that enhance performance in paid or owned channels.
β’ Convert client business objectives into actionable, insight-driven media and CRM plans, and formulate strategic recommendations that optimize marketing ROI.
β’ Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing measurement frameworks, effectively measuring the impact of omnichannel strategies on both brand and performance objectives.
β’ Over 12 years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, campaign measurement, and client engagement/growth roles, with hands-on experience in leading strategic planning, brand, and performance marketing initiatives.
β’ Proficiency in advanced data segmentation strategies, statistical testing methods, and multi-touch attribution models.
β’ Outstanding ability to synthesize data into insights and create actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
β’ Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with and present to C-Level Executives, as well as translate visions into practical applications for cross-functional and internal teams.
β’ A proven history of developing audience strategies, campaign measurement frameworks, and utilizing addressable/people-based marketing to achieve tangible business outcomes.
