This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the creator SLG strategy from start to finish.
• Establish the annual and quarterly go-to-market plan for acquiring creator SLG.
• Outline the creator journey from initial outreach to activation.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to craft value propositions targeted at creators.
• Develop and manage comprehensive creator acquisition campaigns across the funnel.
• Direct creator segmentation and targeting efforts.
• Create and implement lifecycle programs specifically for creators.
• Work alongside Product Marketing to convert updates on creator monetization products into effective messaging.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for the Sales team focusing on creator acquisition.
• Partner with Later Influence and Mavely teams for collaborative efforts.
• Over 8 years of experience in creator marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market roles.
• Experience within a social media platform, creator economy organization, or an affiliate/influencer marketing business.
• Demonstrated success in creating and leading sales-led or sales-assisted growth initiatives.
• Proven history of closely collaborating with Sales teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, creator monetization frameworks, or marketplace dynamics.
• Familiarity with social platform creator programs.
