This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Convert strategic growth initiatives, priorities, and sales strategies into executive-level summaries, GTM Program briefs, and field-ready enablement resources.
β’ Assist in the creation of roadmaps for growth programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
β’ Organize and convey campaign objectives, ICP insights, guidance for producers, and essential messaging.
β’ Develop, sustain, and expand enablement playbooks, sales play and campaign summaries, and toolkits β which include sales outreach templates (in both SF/Dynamics), call scripts, and LinkedIn templates.
β’ Conduct internal enablement communications β such as campaign summaries, meeting presentations, and producer communications.
β’ Create strategic partnership enablement resources for producers associated with associations, sponsorships, and growth initiatives.
β’ Revise enablement resources based on feedback from the field, insights on adoption, and changing GTM priorities.
β’ Assist in broader marketing execution, alignment of enablement, and readiness of the field.
β’ Act as a regional sales enablement/sales operations partner to support local execution and adoption requirements.
β’ Formulate and maintain workback schedules for growth programs, campaigns, and strategic partnership initiatives.
β’ Monitor project status, dependencies, and key milestones, while identifying and escalating risks, roadblocks, and execution gaps.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, marketing, sales operations, business development, project management, or a similar role.
β’ Proven experience in translating strategic initiatives into practical sales enablement materials, playbooks, toolkits, communications, and field-facing resources.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to develop executive-ready presentations, campaign summaries, messaging frameworks, and sales guidance documents.
β’ Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders concurrently.
β’ Established capability to coordinate cross-functional efforts among sales, marketing, operations, and business leadership teams.
β’ Experience in creating sales outreach content, including email templates, call scripts, LinkedIn messaging, and campaign communications.
β’ Background in insurance, financial services, professional services, or other relationship-driven sales sectors is preferred.
