• Oversee the design, development, and nationwide implementation of a wealth planning platform tailored for corporate executives.
• Identify and create corporate executive planning opportunities at both national and regional levels.
• Convert a high-value client demographic into a scalable and repeatable revenue generation model.
• Provide specialized planning solutions for corporate executives facing complex equity compensation and liquidity challenges.
• Enhance assets under management (AUM), boost revenue per client, and establish a unique market position.
• Capture and expand revenue through AUM-based portfolio management, planning, advisory fees, and event-driven opportunities.
• Train and equip advisors to effectively acquire and serve executive clients.
• Develop marketing strategies and messaging tailored for executive segments.
• Create a centralized team of specialists to support advisors across the country.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in wealth management, with a strong focus on serving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Proven expertise in: Equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPPs), concentrated stock and diversification strategies, and tax-aware financial planning.
• Demonstrated capability to build and scale a new business line, platform, or specialized offering.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or a willingness to obtain them, if applicable.
• Proven track record in sourcing and finalizing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) model and the wealth management industry.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday is preferred.
