This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the strategy for population-based market access by integrating perspectives from payers, providers, and health systems into unified recommendations for clients.
• Design engagement strategies for decision-makers that influence access within payer organizations, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and other organized customer bases.
• Convert healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and stakeholder dynamics into strategic frameworks and content platforms that are forward-looking.
• Define and enhance narratives regarding payers and population health, including value propositions and access strategies throughout product lifecycles and portfolios.
• Act as a senior advisor to clients, steering enterprise-level access strategies while ensuring alignment with real-world decision-making contexts.
• Cultivate and sustain senior client relationships, shaping direction and guaranteeing the delivery of impactful, insight-driven work.
• Mentor team members and aid in account growth, the acquisition of new business, and the advancement of integrated market access capabilities.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market access, demonstrating leadership in payer and population-based strategies.
• Proven capability to shape access strategies across diverse stakeholder types (payers, providers, IDNs, government) with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, particularly in understanding how population-level decisions are made, influenced, and implemented.
• Documented experience in leading senior client engagements and coordinating cross-functional strategies among Strategy, Medical, and Creative teams.
• Strong history of developing strategic frameworks and content platforms that guide value communication and access decisions.
• Background in integrating population health, value-based care, or organized customer strategies into market access initiatives.
• Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent) relevant to market access or health economics.
• Experience in a healthcare communications or agency setting supporting various biopharma clients or portfolios, or direct experience in biopharma market access.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, IDNs, and government payer dynamics across various therapeutic areas.
• Experience in contributing to new business development, thought leadership, or innovations in market access strategy.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for utilizing AI as an integral part of the workflow.
