This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide strategic leadership for ISC2’s global corporate communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Establish and oversee integrated frameworks for both internal and external communications, including corporate communications, public relations, thought leadership, advocacy, crisis communications, and executive positioning.
• Offer enterprise-level oversight for the organization’s physical, ecommerce, and online marketing initiatives.
• Direct the enterprise marketing, content, brand, creative, digital, web, and social media strategies.
• Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on communications strategy, reputational risks, and external positioning.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with global media, industry leaders, volunteers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Lead, develop, and manage a diverse and high-performing global team.
• Oversee financial planning, budget management, resource allocation, and partnerships with third parties.
• Represent ISC2 externally to enhance brand credibility, public trust, and organizational impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic global communications leadership.
• More than 12 years of experience in leading, developing, and executing global communications, marketing, ecommerce, brand, creative, web, and content strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with AI tools or a demonstrated commitment to learning.
• International experience is a must.
