This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the commercial relationship with strategic e-commerce and marketplace clients.
• Develop and implement business plans (JBPs) that align with the company's and clients' objectives.
• Formulate strategies for growth in sell-out, market share, and profitability.
• Manage promotional calendars, commercial investments, and activation plans.
• Conduct business negotiations and monitor client performance.
• Analyze business metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
• Lead discussions on assortment, product launches, and portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail Media.
• Ensure the tracking of KPIs and develop action plans to achieve targets.
• Support strategic projects related to digital transformation and channel development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Understanding of financial indicators and profitability.
• Experience in commercial areas, Key Account Management, or E-commerce.
• Background in negotiating with large clients.
• Experience in developing and managing JBPs.
• Strong analytical capabilities and results-oriented approach.
• Experience with consumer goods, retail, or digital channels will be considered an advantage.
