This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

• Provide friendly and solutions-driven assistance through phone, chat, and email.

• Conduct organized phone interviews with prospective customers to evaluate their needs and suggest appropriate products.

• Promote upselling by recognizing opportunities that align with customer values – without using aggressive tactics.

• Address customer concerns with composure, care, and thorough follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or near-native proficiency in spoken English – clear, professional, and friendly communication is essential.

• Practical experience with quilting, crochet, and knitting – you should be able to confidently discuss patterns, stitches, materials, and common techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in phone-based customer support and/or upselling.

• Strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to build trust quickly.

• Ability to work independently and manage a consistent daily workload.

• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are required.

• Previous experience working remotely is an advantage.
