This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year global commercial strategy that aligns with corporate goals and the 10-year strategic vision.
• Direct the global go-to-market framework encompassing early development, clinical supply, and commercial manufacturing.
• Present the commercial strategy, projections, and growth opportunities to the executive leadership team.
• Spearhead strategic and tactical marketing efforts to support strategic planning and market adoption initiatives.
• Take ownership of the global pricing strategy, program scope, investment models, and frameworks for value-based selling.
• Manage the opportunity gating and proposals process to ensure alignment with customer expectations and strategic objectives.
• Supervise enterprise strategic account governance, including models for executive sponsorship.
• Conduct whitespace and adjacency analyses to enhance market share.
• Lead commercial due diligence efforts for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Propel CRM optimization, AI-driven forecasting, and the adoption of advanced analytics.
• At least 20 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 10 years in Sales and/or Marketing positions.
• At least 10 years of experience in progressively responsible Leadership roles.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including executive leaders, Board members, and peers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas, negotiating, and influencing stakeholders at every organizational level.
• Proven ability to navigate regulatory environments (such as FDA), long-term supply agreements, tech transfer processes, and lifecycle management.
• Capability to attract, develop, and mentor talent, forming high-performing teams and nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
