VP, Clinical Oncology Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with assigned clients while working closely with agency colleagues.

• Offer strategic insights to enhance market access goals by addressing competitive challenges within the payer and provider landscape.

• Manage OncoGenius deliverable specifications, ensuring timely completion and client delivery.

• Spearhead the development and yearly updates of syndicated reports.

• Oversee client training and education for the OncoGenius portfolio solutions.

• Create ad hoc research initiatives to address client strategic requirements.

• Design and update provider group surveys that align with market trends and client expectations.

• Work with advisors and internal teams to confirm the design and content of surveys.

• Provide "voice of customer (VOC)" feedback to the engineering team for future improvements to OncoGenius solutions based on client interactions and market insights.

• Collaborate with Business Development to assist in client pitches, proposal creation, and onboarding processes.

• Conduct strategic evaluations of client portfolios and assets to pinpoint market access opportunities.

• Contribute to AET and OncoGenius thought leadership through publications, webinars, and conferences.

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development.

• Mentor and develop team members to meet business and strategic goals.

• Willingness to travel around 20% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive clinical knowledge in oncology; PharmD and BCOP preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in clinical oncology or oncology administration.

• Proven expertise in oncology drug utilization management and associated IT systems that manage formularies, EHR treatment plans, and pathways as an access decision-maker.

• Experience in collaborating with pharmaceutical company leaders in oncology market access.
